We are so excited to share the news that as of August 2021, Communication Concepts has finalized its Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), making our company 100% employee-owned. This is a huge reward for so many who have made our business what it is today. Years of perseverance and hard work have really paid off for them.
However, we still have a few more positions to be filled in our Service and Operations Teams. The most ideal candidates are those individuals who are seasoned technically in at least one area of specialization but who also have a desire to be cross-trained in another. They must be self-disciplined, demonstrate mature communication skills, and strive to learn more and to be more.
If this is of interest to you and you feel like this describes yourself, please read on.
Communication Concepts is not in the fire alarm, security, or emergency communications business; we are in the people business. “People are served by people, not by companies,” is one of our extant principles here. Our typical customer is a highly educated and articulate professional in either the education, healthcare, defense, corporate, or municipality marketplace. They are responsible for the life safety and security of their people and of their facilities. That is why we commit to the utmost quality, performance, and integrity with zero defects on any installation or service project we undertake.
Please visit our about us page to learn more about what our customers are saying about us.
Our company was founded in 1987 on the founding principle that people serve people, not companies and this has not changed. But as you might imagine after 35 years, our company itself has changed quite a bit. We often hear—even from those associated with us only a few years ago—positive comments on the development, growth, and strength of our people and of our culture. This gives us great contentment and satisfaction.
Aside from our Employee Stock Ownership Program, we offer a range of benefits including company-subsidized health and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, paid vacations, quarterly bonus incentives, paid licensing and certifications, as well as CEU training and more. In addition, we provide ongoing manufacturer and in-house technology training in our very own CoCo University for any Team Member who wants to continue to learn.
Our people are among the very best, not just in what they do every day for our customers, but also in who they are inside. As our people learn more about what it means to have a “personal stake” in our success, there will be more and more opportunities for service, leadership, and growth.
If you are committed to embracing the challenge of learning, are a fit within our culture, and can show a track record of stability and success, please complete our application and submit your resume.
We really look forward to hearing from you soon.
